Instead of Friday flowers

Friday flowers have been done by me before, but I do love to photograph animals - birds and others, so today I share some pictures from a few days ago in my garden...

Design has picked up on this theme a while ago and I see birds and bees everywhere!
No end of this trend anywhere near! The glass decoupage trays via Bloomingdales.com, the bird cage pillow I found via Etsy seller Olive!

The finds above - you've guessed it - from Anthropologie.

And Alice In Wonderland is the latest addition to my Penguin linen bound book collection....

Break into song! The weekend is here!

  1. It's not easy taking pictures of birds sometimes. I do love cardinals!

  2. Birds have a mind of their own. Hence it's not an easy task to capture them. God knows I've tried... I find the red bird quite beautiful, though. What a delightful post, Victoria, perfect for Friday;-)
