For a couple of weeks now our little village has it's own Saturday farmer's market I am delighted to roam and find artisan cheeses, beautifully baked breads, pies, cakes and the freshest produce. Many are organically grown, some traditionally, but all so fresh and fragrant.
Today I found most appetizing apples (six different types), tomatos, cider, bread and cheese, lavender scones and beeswax candles.
All was quickly assembled for a delightful lunch!
