New York Botanical Garden's annual Orchid Show opened today and as always I am in awe.
Cascades of the most stunning flowers, colors and patterns are carefully displayed and I admire the incredible gardener skills. It is a whole world of species and I am newly inspired to come home and take care of my own few...
There have always been flowers which tend to belong to some period or other in decorating, but orchids are absolutely timeless.
